How do I schedule a consultation?
Use the appointment form on the contact page, call, or send a WhatsApp message. You will be contacted to confirm a date and time.
What should I bring to the first meeting?
All documents relating to the matter: notices, orders, agreements and correspondence. The Document Checklist under Client Resources lists them by type of matter.
Can the consultation be held over phone or video?
Yes. Consultations can be held in person in Jaipur, over the phone, or on a video call.
Do you handle clients from outside Jaipur?
Yes. Matters before the Rajasthan High Court, Jaipur Bench, and tribunals in Jaipur come from across the state. Clients in Barmer and western Rajasthan can coordinate through Manmohan Singh Sodha.
How are fees decided?
Fees depend on the nature and stage of the matter and the forum. They are discussed and agreed at the consultation, before any work begins.
How will I get updates on my case?
You will be informed of each listing, order and next date. You can also check the status through the official links under Client Resources.
How long will my case take?
It depends on the forum, the nature of the matter and the court's schedule. An honest estimate is given at the consultation, and you will be kept informed as the matter progresses.
Is what I tell my advocate confidential?
Yes. Communications between an advocate and client in the course of professional engagement are privileged under Section 132 of the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023 (earlier Section 126 of the Indian Evidence Act).
