Rahul Gupta enrolled with the Bar Council of Rajasthan in December 2022. From February 2024 to March 2026 he worked with the office of the Additional Advocate General at the Rajasthan High Court, Jaipur, representing the State of Rajasthan. That experience gave him a working knowledge of how government departments, recruitment bodies and authorities approach litigation.
Before law, he completed a B.Tech in Computer Science. That training shapes his approach to research, organised drafting, and technology matters such as trademarks and data protection under the DPDP Act, 2023.
